These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Womp ("Womp", "we", "us" or "our") and all related software, websites, accounts, licenses and services.
By purchasing, downloading or using Womp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Womp.
Womp is licensed to you, not sold to you.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Womp for its intended purpose. You do not receive ownership of Womp or any of its source code, software, branding or other intellectual property.
You may not share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or transfer your Womp license or account.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, crack or attempt to obtain the source code of Womp except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for how you use Womp.
Womp may not be permitted on certain Minecraft servers or in certain communities. You are responsible for checking and following the rules of the server or service you are using.
Using Womp may result in a ban, suspension, punishment or other action by a server or third party.
We are not responsible for actions taken against your Minecraft account, server account or other accounts as a result of your use of Womp.
You use Womp at your own risk.
Womp is designed for and fully supports Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows 11. A Linux build is available in beta and is provided as is. No other operating system or version is supported.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your device runs a supported version of Windows. Full support, updates and functionality guarantees apply to Windows 10 and Windows 11 only.
Because these system requirements are stated clearly before purchase, Womp remains in conformity with its contract when used as intended on Windows 10 or Windows 11. The Linux beta is provided as is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and does not create any support or conformity obligation. Running Womp on any other unsupported operating system (including older Windows versions and macOS) is done entirely at your own risk; Womp may fail to install, inject, load or update correctly, and such failure will not be treated as a defect or a lack of conformity.
You will not be entitled to a refund solely because your system is not a supported platform. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including rights in respect of a genuine defect on a supported system.
Womp may be advertised or described using terms such as "Undetectable", "undetected" or similar wording.
These terms are marketing language and are not a guarantee that Womp will remain undetected.
We do not guarantee that Womp will bypass any particular anti-cheat, remain undetected during a screenshare or manual review or prevent a ban or other punishment.
Anti-cheats and other detection systems can change at any time. A feature that is undetected today may be detected in the future.
No software can guarantee permanent undetectability.
By using Womp, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Womp is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Minecraft unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft and their respective trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
We are not responsible for changes made by Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, anti-cheat developers, server owners or other third parties that affect Womp or its functionality.
Purchases provide access to the Womp license or service described at the time of purchase.
14-day withdrawal period. If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Because Womp is digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU where, at the time of purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Refunds requested within the 14-day withdrawal period will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds after 14 days. After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired (or, where applicable, the right of withdrawal has been lost), refund requests are considered by us at our discretion. We may decline a refund request where we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is not warranted.
If you experience a genuine technical issue with Womp and provide reasonable evidence of the issue, we will generally try to resolve the problem and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Refund requests may be denied where the issue is caused by circumstances outside our control, including server bans, anti-cheat actions, incompatibility with unsupported software or versions, failure to follow instructions or other circumstances where Womp itself is functioning as intended. As set out in Section 3, an unsupported operating system does not constitute a defect or lack of conformity.
We may also deny refund requests involving abuse, fraud, account sharing, chargebacks or violations of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
Where a refund is legally owed to you, we will provide it in accordance with applicable law.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue Womp or any of its features at any time.
We do not guarantee that Womp will always work with every Minecraft version, launcher, server, operating system or third-party application.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.
A purchase does not guarantee that Womp will operate indefinitely.
We may suspend or revoke your account or license if you violate these Terms, commit fraud, share your account or license, distribute Womp, attempt to bypass our licensing systems or otherwise abuse our services.
Where permitted by applicable law, licenses revoked because of a violation of these Terms are not eligible for a refund.
We may also discontinue Womp or any part of our services at any time.
If your license is terminated, you must stop using Womp and remove it from your devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Womp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that Womp will:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of Womp.
This includes losses relating to Minecraft accounts, server accounts, bans, suspensions, lost progress, lost data or other actions taken by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be made available through our website or services. Your continued use of Womp after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to us, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you have a question about these Terms, your license or a refund request, contact us through our official support channels.
